We have a small, tightnit team, and hire 1-2 painters every few months. Our application process is different than most companies. We take recruiting very seriously to maintain a high standard of performance and positive workplace culture for our team.

Talent Pool and Active Job Openings

We are currently accepting applicants for our Spring 2025 hiring phase as well for future consideration in our Talent Pool.

Our Talent Pool is a way for applicants to still apply, even if they are not looking for a new job immediately. This way they can see what All Pro has to offer, see if we are a good fit, and get the opportunity to pick-up part-time work if accepted into the Talent Pool. They will also be on the shortlist for consideration for future full-time positions.

Steps To Apply Below:


(1) The application should take you 30-60 minutes to complete. We are very thorough in our hiring efforts to maintain the highest possible standard within our crews. Because of this, we are one of the top rated painting businesses in Ottawa, with over 85+ 5-star Google reviews.


(2) We review applications on a weekly or monthly basis depending on our current hiring needs. We will notify you if you have been invited to an online video interview.


(3) Applicants who pass the online video interview will then be invited to a final "Meet The Team" on-site 'Working Interview'.

Sucessful applicants will either be offered a position, or invited to our Talent Pool making them eligible for occasional part-time work, and to be on the shortlist for when the subsequent full-time positions become available.

Reference checks are a key part of our hiring process to ensure we keep a positive, high-achieving work envrionment that everyone enjoys. Your references cannot be co-workers, and must be direct managers or business owners of the organization you worked at (as an employee, or a volunteer). The more recent the job and reference, the better (we won't except references for jobs you worked over 3 years ago, unless you have been working the same job for several years).
